Privacy Policy
Effective: 17 August 2026
This policy explains how PITCHEDGE ("PitchEdge", "we", "us") handles information when you visit pitchedge.online, create an account, use predictions and paper-betting tools, purchase a subscription, join the affiliate programme, or contact support.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, display name, profile image, country, login identifiers, referral relationship, plan and role. We also process feature activity including saved slips, virtual stakes and wallet balances, tracked picks, rewards, streaks, votes, and affiliate withdrawal requests.
Subscription providers process payment details. PitchEdge receives transaction references, provider, amount, currency, plan, payment status, and limited checkout response data, but does not need your full card or cryptocurrency wallet credentials.
Technical information may include device and browser details, approximate location inferred from network information, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, authenticate members, provide tier-restricted predictions, maintain paper wallets and slips, process subscriptions and affiliate rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support, monitor reliability, and improve the service.
3. Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed with hosting, authentication, analytics, sports-data, AI-analysis, payment, and customer-support providers; with authorities when legally required; or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. Bookmaker links may be affiliate links, but PitchEdge does not sign in to or place wagers in your bookmaker account.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, currency preference, saved virtual-slip selections, and service security. Blocking them may prevent account and personalisation features from working.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security; use a strong password and protect access to your email and devices.
6. Your choices
You may update available profile details, stop using optional features, cancel future subscription renewals through the applicable payment flow, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
7. Children and age restriction
PitchEdge is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.
8. International use and changes
Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, account deletion, or legal notices, email support@pitchedge.online.
