Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PITCHEDGE at pitchedge.online. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PitchEdge.

1. Adults only and lawful use

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to view sports-prediction or betting-related content where you live. You are responsible for following local law and any bookmaker's rules.

2. Predictions are not guarantees

PitchEdge provides statistical estimates, model outputs, AI-assisted analysis, odds comparisons, and educational tools. Sports are unpredictable. No pick, confidence score, explanation, past result, or premium tier guarantees a win, profit, or future performance. Nothing on PitchEdge is financial advice.

3. Virtual play and real-money mode

Virtual wallets, auto-bot activity, trackers, and virtual slips use paper money only and have no cash value. External bookmaker activity — including any booking code you attach to a slip — is solely between you and that bookmaker.

Where real-money mode is switched on for your account, stakes are placed against a crypto-funded PitchEdge wallet. You confirm you are at least 18 and that participating is lawful where you live. Deposits are crypto-only and are converted at the platform rate (₦1,500 = $1); stakes are final and non-refundable once a slip is placed; settlement follows the official result of each event; and withdrawals are reviewed manually before payout. You may set a daily stake cap or self-exclude at any time from your wallet page, and we may suspend real-money mode, individual accounts, or withdrawals where we suspect abuse, fraud, or a legal restriction.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You may not evade tier restrictions, abuse APIs, scrape protected content, manipulate rewards or referrals, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use PitchEdge unlawfully. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts involved in abuse.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Premium and VIP features require a successful payment or valid reward entitlement. Prices, currencies, billing periods, and providers appear at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, access begins after payment confirmation and lasts for the purchased period.

Cancellation stops future renewal where recurring billing applies; it does not erase access already purchased. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support@pitchedge.online with the transaction reference.

6. Rewards and affiliates

Reward codes, streak benefits, referrals, and commissions are subject to eligibility checks, expiry, one-time-use limits, payment confirmation, fraud review, and withdrawal conditions shown in the service. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, or artificial activity may be reversed and can lead to suspension.

7. Third-party services and links

Sports feeds, payment providers, AI services, and bookmakers are independent third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Some bookmaker links are affiliate links and may earn PitchEdge a commission without changing the price you receive.

8. Intellectual property

PitchEdge branding, presentation, software, model outputs, and original content are protected. You may use predictions personally and share links or generated slip images, but may not republish protected feeds or sell access without written permission.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Fixtures, odds, scores, grading, AI explanations, and provider responses may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchEdge is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, bookmaker decisions, indirect loss, or reliance on predictions.

10. Changes and termination

We may update features or these Terms and will post the revised effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
